Last night on Ch7 today tonight program victim of ABC Learning said "wish he burns to hell". I am another victim of ABC Learning and I would go further than him saying, the Bankers, in this case JBWere, are also responsible. The Banks executives become mates of their client and acts irresponsibly knowing that they will get their money back.
ABC Learning was actually bankrupt at share price $1.50 in February 2008 but JBW rescued ABC. Knowing this rescue plan I bought 10000 shares. New Auditors were appointed and only in 4months bankruptcy was declared and Administrators were appointed.
Under the system JBW will get their money back, what about we s/holders?
