Warnie...wish we had private messaging system like the other prop sites...just to keep some information confidential....guess you may have been busy writing a heap of loans...you do not have to divulge infor here...but I would be very surprised if you didn't...
I say that because I saw some dramatic changes in Dec almost no fhb type props for sale, they were all sold by nov....and more pricey props were up for sale... as per realestate site....but note APM site has the average price for that suburb up 80,000....need more time to research the changes you might get more interest on a prop only forum...and a wider audience assume Molonski is busy as well just do a google for aussie property forums...its easy enough to find cheers
