Distributions to Securityholders
No distributions to ordinary securityholders are permitted to be paid for the duration of
the senior secured debt facility, and it is unlikely that distributions will be paid prior to
conversion of the Hybrid Securities.
Centro believes that it is in the best interest of all of its stakeholders to ensure that its
debt levels are reduced, given the current conditions in capital markets and given that
trading conditions within Australia and the United States are expected to soften in the
near future.
