I'd like to add one more thing relating to DLS' offers.
Have a quick look at the amount of volume in their trading.
As the stock is not very liquid, any script offer (ie 4 to 1) sounds like 12c per share (based on a DLS sp of 4c).
But the dilution to their share pool, coupled with the fact that when you try and offload any shares there are no buyers, actually reduces the market value of their offer from roughly 12c to more (just off the top of my head) like
8??
Wow.... great offer - especially considering that when you try and offload your shares you should kill the sp of dls
for script offers - it would need to be more in the vicinity of 10 or 11 to 1 for a reasonable offer
