Also remember, catching little fish may put the big fish off. The biggies will want as few limitations as possible. Tying up contracts which they need to honour if they take RAP over will be a hindrance to them. Much better if they are served a clean slate with minimal niggles. Unencumbered, whi knows how close negotiations are for a big catch. Always hopeful.
