Diligent
Please remember not to confuse politics and religion.
In Islam a man cannot oppress a woman. Unlike what is written in the Bible, man and women are equal, they just have different roles. We are different beings, inside and out.
A man in a g string looks pretty ugly to most women, but a woman in a G looks damnnnn hot right??? Its just how it is... equality with differnt roles in life.
In Saudi, Afghan, Iraq (in the saddam days) etc, its the politicians who set the rules. They SAY they are Muslim, but their not. Why does a man in Saudi get his hand cut off if he is caught shaking the hand of a woman, but the King of Saudi shakes any womans hand on national tv????
There are heapss of contradictions.
A woman is not to be FORCED to wear the scarf, it is a nerturing process. Like children are nurtured to learn and not to tell lies and to be good people when they grow up
Oppressive men in these countries do it by force (which is WRONG) in the religion.
