Interesting to see in the half year report they issued a truckload of options. The Company has agreed subsequent to the balance date to issue unquoted options to various employees, consultants and Directors The Plan Options include the issue of 30,285,000unlisted options with various exercise prices, vesting and expiry dates. The issue to the Directors will be subject to shareholder approval. Further details would be appreciated ! Furthermore to secure 3 contracts they issued another 8.5M options. That's 38,785,000 options all up. More details needed on escrow and if this is what they have to do going forward to secure contracts.
