He has claimed to have been told something that is price sensitive and whioch would indicate that we have flows up to 40% higher than pereviously announced. So in fairness, our share would have jumped if we had a 40% increase in production and the Director is bound to announce such.
No, apparently he is telling us over the phone??

So either he or Peter have committed an offense in releasing that info via a means other than an ASX announcement. Is that specific enough?

The complaint is registered now anyway, so the horse has bolted. Obviously ASIC was interested, because someone claimed to have quoted a Directors and that it was inside information is the offense...Or the lie is the offense. You choose.
