Lets remember, Kroombit will be mined (when comoddity prices get a bit better). The resource will expand with the new tenements that were picked up and it's cheap to extract and close to infrastructure. Don't forget the port at Gladstone will be deepened and there's an LNG plant being built by Santos et al. It will be quite a major hub around there.

Laos has been good to other companies operating up there in terms of there is plenty of resources and cost of doing business is low.
