What evidence do you have that the left wing seems to be as bad as a fundamentalist religion and why have you left the right wing out of the equation?
Here in Australia we operate a democratic system where roughly 47% go the labor way, 47% the liberal way on an ongoing basis and the direction of the other 6% of votes decides who ultimately gets a majority(the swinging voters).
