I personally think that we will see an increase on the buy side once FBR release a YouTube video on this commercial build similarly to the Dayton Residential display home.
Now that FBR are building outdoors & in the suburbs, the HC detectives are sharing information before the rest of the market is fully aware (to our benefit haha).
