There CR is looking like its going to be a massive dud. They really missed the ball in pricing this at a attractive price point to encourage current holders participation. Hope there was too many people who have already applied for shares and are in the red before they even get them added into their account.
The best thing they could do is to retract it and give out refunds or reprice the offer before the closing date.
