    Hi Rubydiamond,

CTX is the only Australian listed exposure to the petroleum refining and distribution sector.
CTX has just release their report a couple of days ago, the report beats everyone's expectation and it jumped 9% that day, then we had a very bad day on Thursday that dragged everything down, CTX was down but yesterday she jumped right back up 5% suggesting that Thursday's sold off was just sentiment. However, I take long term look on this stock. I bought them on the 2nd of Jan at $7.18, I'd like to have her on my portfolio for long term since they are yielding 9.46% and they do pay dividend not like (CER), so not too worry about everyday movement.
If you were going to go long buy heaps and just let it sit there for 3~5 years should have a great reward.

CTX buys oil with US$, so the stronger the AUS$ the better for CTX share holders. Vice-versa.

If you were going to swing trade her maybe buy on the low 7 and sell around high 8?

I think CTX is good buy only if you were gonna go long, if Aus$ falls CTX will make less money.

The following is from E-trade on the 4th of Nov.
"No change to our FY09 earnings forecast. Fair value is reduced slightly from $19.45 to $18.55. Price triggers adjust accordingly." But please don't go by it, as E-Trade also had BNB as Buy for 10 months.

Again, if I am qualify to give you the right advice and get pick the exact the top and bottom, you wouldn't be able to afford to talk to me, I know very little so please do your own research :)

    Good luck

    Selmax
