People are possibly forgetting that the two outstanding acquisitions - Decipherworks and Cloudten - were both added under current management - without the help of Gregg Taylor.

And the progression to CFP was also achieved without his help.

Nothing "further" was visibly achieved while he was on the board.

Based on that, I'm not changing anything based around his resignation - which ostensibly has no deeper meaning.

And the clearly outlined policy, reinforced thoroughly at the AGM, that management will only be adding acquisitions that are financially sound AND create synergies - while perhaps not pleasing "the market" immediately - makes Vortiv a sound, low-risk growth play. Investors who want something different, need to invest their dollars in businesses that offer something different - not try to change Vortiv's business plan to suit their investing.

Vortiv now has 10 clients with contracts that total more than $1m each and these 10 low-risk clients make up 95% of VOR's business. These clients continue to grow their contracts book with VOR.

Sounds like very good business to me!
