But by memory didn't it 'just' go over?? Had they just gone under slightly in the first place - the project would have been producing by now. For this reason if nothing more, it has been handled very poorly.
Perhaps the only saving grace is that if and when they start producing the prices achieved for the product may be higher given how lithium prices tanked.
Apart from the possibility above, can anyone explain how by a smallish increase can the hold up and delays (not to mention additional CR's) be justifiable, as I for one am rather baffled.
