It would be great if someone could post the process the underwent to become a creditor in the eyes of liquidators.

Any fax numbers, persons etc that assisted you in acheiving creditor status will be appreciated.

This companies failure was not noticed until it was too late for one reason - the months leading up to our demise were face-saving months for Hugh Callahan. He stopped his share purchases dead in their tracks when he had been buying for many months....then we went bust. He knew and only tried to save his own profile by not mentioning it.
He is now going to be regarded as an industry Liar.

If we get creditor status, we can breathe a bit more easily and from there we can all look out for him on the board of his next shonky venture and remind investors of his record - BEFORE IT LISTS!!
