Hi Harlee those Billions of Tax Payers monies would have been much better spent on our hospitals rebuilding or upgrading improveing our rail infrastructure roads etc . These are the reasons that we had these high imposts of taxes in the first place. I have seen the results in the pubs of these funds at use. I some times get a helper if I have something heavy to lift etc but my couple of helpers that I use have not been available as they do not need the monies have hangovers or any other excuse.
