$6.50 - the figure they used to value the shares that they’re giving NBC in the deal?
$7.50 - the price of shares the day of the announcement of the NBC deal and intention to capital raise?
$13 - the price of the execution price of the options that are also being issued
$12.26 - the 5 day (closing price) average (maybe less 10%) so maybe around $11?
anyone’s guess really, could be any price..
