Yeah the slurry pipeline is not in the equation anymore it clearly says so in LGDI's Nov presentation. And it appears that certain people who have legends interests at heart are trying to put down MAK for the good of LGDI.
Both plays, MAK and Legend appear to be running neck and neck, both big proven reserves, both claim to be in production 4th Q 09 (Legend is more adamant according to their presentation). Coincidentaly both are well of from their highs in terms of SP, LGDI now .50 compared to a high of $5 bucks.(MAK has held up better if this is used as a comparision).

The big difference is Legends cash position of $126mil US.
and also their high powered backers (MAK hasn't got any, yet). In my oppinion Legend is slightly ahead of MAK in phosphate plays with daylight second.

    You're claim to other poster,

However as to your post, you are clearly trying to subtly draw attention _away_ from the fact that Minemakers have some quite powerful relationships who are happy to help them to achieve a low capex operation, which will become BOTH a low capex and low opex one in a couple of years.

Can you please draw our attention back to the "powerfull relations who are happy to help MAK.
