The police investigated what they thought could be a criminal offence and decided to charge and arrest a woman in her own home.

really nothing unusual here in terms of police actions and conduct. The detectives were respectful and civil. It was a pretty straight forward collar.

the woman, whose word we'll accept about pregnancy, was shocked and surprised as people are when they are arrested in their own home, where many people wear pajamas..

it may very well pay her to get up to speed on the law of the land, because she doesn't appear to be.

ignorance of the law is no defence.

i get the impression these sovereign citizen types and their fringe dwelling fellow travellers are such precious darlings.

millions of Victorians have shouldered their civic and social responsibility - not without considerable personal cost - in a bid to try and bring this covid-19 pandemic Under control but which has anyway resulted in hundreds of people dying caused directly by the lethal coronavirus.

but the brainwashed sovereign citizen doesn't think they have to take any responsibility.

they are so up themselves they don't even know which laws they are breaking.
