Anyone can download the app but you need a license agreement with PCK in order to use the app. Hospital/RAC detail, registration of patients detail and nurses detail, training, integration etc... It also depends on the patient to nurse ratio. Each nurse may have a few patients but a patient may also have 2-3 nurses depends on the shift (day and night shift) & backup, plus sharing of patient record with the family members(triggering more download).
