Just open up charts in your trading platform. Go out say 5 years rather than the last few months like many are blinkered in. Checkout the regular pump and dump mountains. Pretty obvious eh?
That would apply to most explorers undergoing credit raises, it's consistent across the board. I was with KDR from exploration right till JV with SQM. It's the same scenario. The company reaches some milestones, improves the sp, drops a CR announcement , raises at a discount in most cases, sophs or spp get their shares, drop them at market for a handsome quick profit and so on and so forth. The company will have to have the news flow regularly and constantly to support the sp and that's what is going to happen this time around.
You can stick to the 5yr chart and apply that to every explorer you intend to buy and let us know. On a side note , I looked at VMS 5yr chart and based on your recommendation it looks like many peaks and troughs , but I'm sure you would disagree that they were pumps and dumps, right?
