Bit of a strange day of trading for CDX.
As other have noted, the volumes weren't huge - but the volumes seemed to come in a very concentrated period of the day.
Around 1.30pm today, and in the space of a few minutes, the SP went from 5.4 cents up to 5.8 cents on the back of the following decent sized orders:
321,102 shares in one hit
then another 1,784,300 shares
then another 400,000 shares
then another 227,500 shares
At the same time as these shares were being purchased in decent sized bundles, all the November 2021 CDX options were taken out (up to a price of 2 cents).
Not sure what this means, but it's been good to see significantly higher interest in CDX over the past few weeks / months.
2021 should be a huge year for this company.
