I think that this anns was a half masted tactic in a ''buggered'' economy .

A spp with massive dilution to the upside for all or minor dilution with massive upside for a select few ?
As long as there are results from the impending IM. and we see the sp rise for a change.....have a guess
But yes...it sure looks like the sellers were in the AA camp.
