Holy Sheet, this is super exciting. If I read this correctly ASM will now own 95% of Zircontech, meaning the RE processing, as well as the pilot plant, in exchange for 1,306,417 shares.
In my view this is blue sky for ASM now - ongoing access to the Zircontech process is the game changer in the REE space that has always appealed to me, and now the relationship is formalised.
Maybe I've got my rose coloured glasses on - but where's the downside here?
