Given:
1. all the publicity about Chinese espionage
2. the close watch China has over Mongolia
3. the fact that the coal/gas potential is seemingly common knowledge within Mongolian mining circles
4. EXR is operating outside Australia a low market capitalisation
5. China is "hungry' For energy
Why wouldn't China make a pre-emptive move on EXR and acquire a significant minority interest now OR alternatively go for a full blown takeover?
