Look at the CEOs report. These fellows have bitten the bullet + written off all the rubbish. Changed their emphasis to building for downsizers. Have plenty of cash + land to take advantage of any upturn. Will be soon due to low interest rates + lots of cash being printed. This management are good operators. Glad I bought more at the recent lows.
