I believe the reason for this is right now the company is mainly attracting quite savvy retail investors. They're not impatient to get into the market, and many are looking to continue to accumulate at these low levels. I myself have a few orders waiting below the current price, but doubt they'll get filled again.
The impulse and FOMO buyers are likely scared from recent chart movements, and will wait until there are clear bullish signals.

Ps where are all the downrampers today? Oh that's right, they're allergic to the colour green. Or maybe they accumulated the parcels they wanted by now.
