Ok I was trying to find the document she's holding but couldn't. This is a clip that Wanphen posted on her facebook page - Wanphen is the main Kingsgate antagonist that is still active.
It's a report from Mrs Phattarakul Yotpanya, who is a village head from Thai Dong subdistrict, Wang Pong district, Phetchabun province. She claims that yesterday the village heads from various villages met with officials from the Phetchabun office of the Ministry of Industry to discuss an application for a gold exploration licence made by Akara Resources. The application is for a lease covering about 200,000 rai in the 5 subdistricts of Wang Pong district. The Ministry officials asked them to notify their constituents about the application.
