    Thanks, but your reply doesn't help. I'm looking for credible answers (eg from your builder mates) on the specific risk of limited access, especially in suburbia. Neighbours tolerate concrete trucks and cranes blocking roadways and footpaths, over a limited time (hours at most) during the day. Will they tolerate HX partly blocking a narrow street/footpath for 1-2 days/nights?
    It would be great if you put this question to your mates and give feedback.

    My mate is saying the access risks are too high. They won't be if we are not targeting problematic sites with poor accessibility. (I'm not worried about alternative building tech, that's a constant risk type for any stock)

    I would love to both prove my mate wrong, and/or give him evidence that we are after targeted amenable build sites only (which I would expect to be the case) and sleep easier with FBR!
