At least this announcement gives a reasonable indication of where it's all at.
I am rather sceptical of American's who have the upper hand and perhaps this will not be all rosie for AGS and only time will tell as we see gradual progress.
The most likely outcome will be to make life a tad difficult
for AGS and as was pointed out to me by a master in this field and one who eats up these kinds of scenarios- if Quasar are half smart, they will take out AGS.

I did a great trade on AGS the week before last (i don't trade too often but in this market one has to)and will certainly get back on board if the opportunity presents itself.
