Hi again Willbass,
From my post, "When your parents or newbies arrive here." I read your previous post and picked you were born here.
Your father wasn't alone with name calling. The Italians, Greeks and etc. all went through it. Look at them now.
I even married one of their daughters.
Years have gone by, and I would imagine he has friends of different, for a better word, Cultures.
The thread heading says, "should hijabs and burgas be banned from stores."
Not banned everywhere, just security sensitive places like banks and stores.
In some tourist areas, backpackers are not aloud in wearing backpacks for obvious reasons.
I don't believe hjabs and burqas should be exempt over , bike helmets, backpacks, hoodies and etc. for any reason.
How straight forward, non- Racist, non religious, non culture is that rule.
Is that too much to ask?
Cheers again,
syp
