I did a quick search on RealEstate.com.au and used the further search options feature.

The one that caught my eye is one in Zillmere asking for $349K.

It looks a but run down and will need TLC but it is a start and no doubt the asking price is not the final price.

It is right near Zillmere train station.

Only two bedrooms at the moment but it looks like there is plenty of room to add to the building if you want to.

Maybe not what you are looking for exactly but like I said things like this are a start.

Disregard what Miles is saying, it is unlikely that Zillmere will see drops of any significance and I am certain that in 5 years time a place like this will be worth heaps more than now (the land will be worth a lot more).
