Highly unlikely to 37 cents, if it is then I will be 100% geared up for this one.
Currently it is traded below its value. Its net assets backing ratio after the deal is 60 cents after paying 77 million potential loss on FX contract. It likes the company sells all its assets at a discount of 33% to you plus 103 mt iron ore deposit of high grade and low impurity for free. Of course they are still under ground.
I think KPMG gave a valuation of $1.23-$1.32 for a reason.
