    "- negative equity does not mean zero value"

    No it means there is negative value. What part of "negative" do you not understand ?

    negative = Less than zero.

    "You can hold assets with negative equity as long as you have cashflow to paydown the debt
    ... the profitable cashflow to give you time to build up equity or realise the asset."

    Does BNB have sufficient cashflow to pay the interest, let alone paydown the debt ? Are they actually profitable ?

    This argument might be valid if BNB was not actually trying to sell assets at the moment.
