Yes, I mean that fraud venture. I didn't know anything about it until I found this website by doing some research in the net, but I do know Mr. M. M. from the past and am not surprised to see his scams have been bringing him a long way.

There may have been some people at some point interested in doing a refinery in Bulgaria, and many believers that brought the money in but the project itself I believe strongly it was never meant to be accomplished. The way is the goal, that's the way he's been making from scam to scam, amassing everytime larger sums of money with bigger projects.
