Am I correct in my understanding that CER will reinstate DIST.
when it has reduced its debt by 50mil which could be done by the sale of one or two of its 100's of shopping centers.
I also believe CER to be in a good position now having secured finance while some competitors here in OZ and in USA could face liquidators due to lack of funds as the squeeze tightens .
