    this isnt jusr a few grammatical errorsor typos this is blatant literacy issues.

    this individual cannot be capable of running a mining operation as he would not be able to understand the complexities involved.

    This is a crony figurehead appointment and is not indicative of a skilled culture, this appears to be a few yokels digging a hole.
