Ann: DSMB Recommends Continuation of Phase 3 COVID-19 Trial, page-43

I think it's not good news at this point, and the recruitment expected to be completed now by Q4 CY2020. Given the huge number of apparent deaths in the US, I am wondering why recruitment to the trial is taking so long? Surely the huge number of deaths would also equate to a huge number of well-suited candidates? Another month of churning in an already nervous market, I'd now expect to see 3's again in the share price without any other forthcoming positive news. I'm also concerned as to why interim results weren't released when they obviously know what the results are to have made this announcement?
