Remember close price getting manipulated here to make technicals look worse..vwap always higher.
good support and base forming in the 6s now...today rxl had every opportunity to go back to 5s but held.
Due to factors which all should know and which have been well articulated by some on here far brighter than me rxl will have to claw its way up the SP ladder for now..
