Just had a read of the annual reports of tdo and dls - determining who i think is the more experienced board
Have a read of both - the qualifications and experience. Tell me who at DLS has more experience than Noel for the scientific and engineering side of things
Have a look at the Chairmans experience - Telstra, AMP etc.... no one of this calibre at DLS. So any claim that DLS have greater industrial contacts than TDO is an overstatement of fact.
Going forward, please justify a statement such as DLS board is more experienced that TDO, with some type of basis for said statement. We wouldnt want people misinformed on making a call to sell a decent company to someone
Again - anyone who accepts a script offer in this market, for a spec company, needs their head examined... Reminds me of the dot com days, when shares were being issued as though they actually contained some value. Cash is king people, and only a cash offer should be accepted (at aroudn 25 - 30 cents - IMO)
