I agree with you Stringtickler.

The Australian market is so small as it is its economy. It simply follows the US most of the time. Yesterday and today it has not got the US market to follow and it was following Europe now, and unduly penalised the reasonably robust banking sector here.

I am envisaging B O rally tomorrow. Sentiment in the US seems to be strong as can be seen by various media reports.

The reason why Dow futures is still down is simply becasue the rest of the world is so much so influenced by what's happening in Europe, i.e.the negative sentiments around that.

I am envisaging Dow to be at least up, if not substantially tomorrow.
