I am no longer a shareholder in ACU, but, if I was, this announcement of the gift to management, would have been enough to make me sell out.

Companies should not be allowed to do this kind of thing. The management incentive right now is to convert the 500,000 options and sell the shares giving themselves a six or seven cent profit half a million times over for nothing.

I searched through the announcement to see who the recipients were, but could not find any names.
