I have held options in many companies for more than a decade and have to say that the trading of the AUROC options at the 'very pointy end' until expiry is intriguing.
I would have expected that holders may be selling off by now (remembering that they were issued for 1c) however, this may not have happened for two reasons:
1. The vastly improved sp over the last two to three months; and
2. The hope that SFR's next quarterly report (four to six weeks before AUROC expire) may present the results AUR holders have been hoping for.

Anyway, the bidder got a reasonable fill today and i think both the sp and option price held up well on a day where the ASX lost about 3%.

... and still we wait ... tic tock

EDIT:
Lets hope that World markets don't poop themselves (or the US election on Melbourne Cup day) make a mess of things before expiry!
