So Jazzmox are you saying all or the majority of the millions of familes and pensioners that recieved the bonus are all bludgers
or
that the bonus payment should have been means tested to ensure "bludgers: did not recieve
or
the millions of families and pensioners that did receive the bonus and be penalised becuase there was a risk that a small minority of "bludgers" would waste the money on pocker machines.
And I assume you have the some view on all the other middle class welfare payments made over the previous 11 years by the Howard government
