Hi Blitz, how they do it is that they sell a lot of shares into the buy line and then buy a small number back to make the SP look stable. Then they will wait for the buy line to rebuild so they can dump their next parcels.
Who is it, how would I know, could be anyone. Might even be the same people that pushed it up on no volume.
