Gascoyne has decided to extend the closing date for the retail entitlement offer to 5pm (Perth time), Friday 25 September 2020 in order to accommodate the revised Federal Court of Australia timetable in relation to the Habrok proceedings.
As announced on 2 September 2020, the Federal Court of Australia has ordered that the hearing of the Habrok proceedings will now commence on 14 September 2020, with an estimated 5 day hearing....”
Yesterday Gascoyne Resources announced [here];
... “Eighth consecutive month exceeding 6,000 ounces of gold produced, underpinned by consistent higher grades accessed from the Gilbey’s Main Zone
Gascoyne CEO Richard Hay commented “Eight consecutive months producing in excess of 6,000 ounces of gold, is an outstanding achievement by the Gascoyne team underpinning a very positive start to the 2021 financial year and has the Company on track for a strong September quarter result.”
......Hopefully the court case will go in Gascoyne’s favour (and in favour of the shareholders).... and in favour of loyal contractor, NRW’s, shareholders too.
