Interesting podcast with Brons Larson, Strategy lead for AI and machine learning at Dell. He talks about how they are thinking ahead long term to the next future generation of AI, which may or may not be based on neural networks. He talks about future models potentially inferring from a ball bouncing across a road that a child may come running after it. Or inferring unknown viruses based on previously known ones. They're trying too look far ahead so they can "leapfrog the market".

This confirms to me they have a lot of interest in neural networks. Regardless of whether they eventually reach that that stage or not, they'll still require a device such as Akida to process their data at ultra low power and low latency.

It also infers that a device like Akida is well positioned for short and long term future applications.

I look forward to the revealing of Dells NDA.
