I presumed it was a result of failing to meet his deliverables of 10m in sales, noting the 25% EBITDA target was satisfied (refer page 12 of annual report). So with a week to go in the FY it was evident he didn't meet his target sales figure and I presume it was mutually agreed to go their separate ways.

Possibly harsh if so, given they claim to be COVID impacted in the last quarter, but even if adjusting for COVID it would appear they would fall short of the target. If a new management team took a "normal" exec salary instead of large share incentives then the 25% EBITDA could also be at risk.

Full disclosure, I got burned a bit buying into the FOMO, sold earlier this week. But no one to blame but myself and think it's ridiculous the people bagging out TEP on here.

Good luck all, I'll consider buying back in at a later stage, but watching from the sidelines for the time being as my track record with penny stocks is poor.
