You've said that you're a long term investor of QBE, why ask such a short term question?

Credit Suisse lowered it by 13% to $1.66 for 08 and 4% to $2.15 for 09. It'll be because of bond yields, that's QBE's main investment exposure.
Insurance is complex and I always go by Macquarie's research, they're joined at the hip with QBE.
